Smyrna Town is a town in the Cherokee and York counties, South Carolina, United States. In 2000, the population was 59. In July 2008, its estimated population was 80, making it the second least populous in South Carolina. It is spread over 0.71 sq mi (1.84 sq km), it is the 23rd smallest in terms of geographical size.
