Smyrna Town, Delaware is a town of the Kent County, Delaware, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 5679 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 8603, It is the 18th largest in terms of population. It has total area of 3.76 square miles (9.74 kmē), of which, 3.68 square miles (9.53 kmē) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 kmē) of it is water, it is the 15th largest by area in the U.S. state of Delaware. It is ranks 12 in the size of its inland waterways in Delaware.
