Smelterville City is a one of the Shoshone County, Idaho, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 651 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 598, It is Idaho's 106th largest by population . It is spread over 0.32 miē (0.83 kmē), it is the 41st smallest by area in the U.S. state of Idaho.
