Simpsonville City is a city in the Greenville County, South Carolina, United States. In 2000, the population was 14352. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 17144, giving it the 25th largest population among South Carolina. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 6.22 mi˛ (16.11 square kilometre), it is the 85th largest in terms of geographical size.
