Simi Valley City is a United States city located in the Ventura County, California, United States. The population of the city was 111351 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 120543, It is California's 48th largest by population . The city comprises an area of 39.43 sq mi (102.12 sq km), of which, 39.18 square miles (101.48 sq km) of it is land and 0.25 square miles (0.65 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 55th largest by total area in California.
