Sicily Island Village is one of the city of Catahoula Parish, Louisiana, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 453. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 446, It is the 73rd smallest by population in the U.S. state of Louisiana. The city has a total area of 0.57 mi˛ (1.48 square kilometre), giving it the tenth smallest by total area among Louisiana.
