Sibley County is a county in the United States of Minnesota. In 2000, the population was 15356. The July 2008 population estimate is 14954, giving it the 57th largest population among Minnesota's county. Its area is just over 600.41 square miles (1555.05 sq km), of which, 588.65 square miles (1524.6 sq km) of it is land and 11.76 square miles (30.46 sq km) of it is water, it is the 55th largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
