Shoreview City is a city in the Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 25924 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 25111, giving it the 33rd largest population among Minnesota. The city encompasses an area of 12.74 sq mi (33 kmē ), of which, 11.19 square miles (28.98 kmē) of it is land and 1.55 square miles (4.01 kmē) of it is water, it is the 87th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 25924 people, 10125 households, and 7167 families residing in the city. The population density was 2315.9 people per square mile (894.17/kmē), it is the 52nd most populated city in terms of population density. There were 10289 housing units at an average density of 919.5 per square mile (355.02/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.54 persons, and the average family size was 3.06 persons.
