Shongaloo Village is a city in the Webster Parish, Louisiana, United States. In 2000, city's population was 162 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 157, It is the 14th least populous in the U.S. state of Louisiana. Its area is just over 7.94 sq mi (20.56 sq km), of which, 7.91 square miles (20.49 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 72nd largest by total area in Louisiana.

The population's age distribution was 21.6% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 22.8% from 25 to 44, 28.4% from 45 to 64, and 21.6% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 105.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 104.8 males. The median age is 45 years, the median age of male residents at 44.3 and the median age of female residents at 45.5. The racial makeup of the city was 159 White, Black or African American, 1 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 2 from two or more races and Ohter races.
