Shirley Town is a town located in the Van Buren County, Arkansas, United States. As of 2000 the population was 337. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 337, It is the 168th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Arkansas. It is spread over 2.46 square miles (6.37 sq km), of which, 2.39 square miles (6.19 sq km ) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, making it the 207th largest by size in Arkansas.
