Sherwood Village is a city located in the Defiance County, Ohio, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 801 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 806, making it Ohio's 694th largest. It covers total area of 1.45 sq mi (3.76 kmē), of which, 1.44 square miles (3.73 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 495th largest by total area among Ohio.
