Sherman Town, Pontotoc, Union and Lee counties, Mississippi is a town located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 548. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 623, It is the 97th smallest in terms of population. The town has a total area of 1.87 square miles (4.84 kmē), it is the 193rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
