Seward City is a United States city located in the Seward County, Nebraska, United States. Seward City had an official population of 6319 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 6841, giving it the 26th largest population among Nebraska. The city encompasses an area of 3.27 square miles (8.47 square kilometre), it is the 28th largest in terms of geographical size.
