Severance Town, Weld County, Colorado is a town located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. Severance Town had an official population of 597 in 2000. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 3010, giving it the 108th smallest population among Colorado. The town has a total area of 2.14 mi˛ (5.54 sq km), of which, 2.07 square miles (5.36 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, it is the 160th largest by area in the U.S. state of Colorado.
