Seven Devils Town is a town located in the Watauga and Avery counties, North Carolina, United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 129 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 169, It is the 31st smallest by population in the U.S. state of North Carolina. Its area is just over 2.06 square miles (5.34 sq km), of which, 2.05 square miles (5.31 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 376th largest by area in the U.S. state of North Carolina.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 129 residents, 62 households, and 41 families in the town. The population density was 63 people per square mile (24.32/kmē), giving it the 16th least densely populated town among the North Carolina.
