Senoia City is a city located in the Coweta County, Georgia, United States. The population of the city was 1738 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 3523 in July 2008, making it Georgia's 268th largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 4.72 square miles (12.22 sq km ), of which, 4.63 square miles (11.99 sq km) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 sq km) of it is water, it is the 176th largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1738 people in the city, organized into 632 households, and 490 families living in the city. The population density was 375 people per square mile (144.79/kmē), it is 387th most densely populated city in Georgia. There were 662 housing units at an average density of 143 per square mile (55.21/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.75 persons, and the average family size was 3.13 persons. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 29.6% under the age of 18, 7.6% from 18 to 24, 35.5% from 25 to 44, 18.8% from 45 to 64, and 8.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 98.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.9 males. The median age of the city's population was 30.8 years, the median age of male residents at 29.8 and the median age of female residents at 32.1. The racial makeup of the city was 80.03% White, 17.72% Black or African American, 0.12% American Indian, 0.35% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 1.27% from two or more races and 0.52% Other races.
