Seneca County, New York is a county of the United States of New York. As of 2000 the population was 33342. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the county is 34086, It is New York's sixth least populous county. The county extends throughout a territory of 390.51 miē (1011.42 kmē ), of which, 324.91 square miles (841.51 kmē) of it is land and 65.6 square miles (169.9 kmē) of it is water, it is the 11th smallest in terms of geographical size.

As of July 2008, the estimated population of the county is 34086, The racial makeup of the county was 92.23% White, 5.27% Black or African American, 0.31% American Indian, 1.02% Asian, 0.02% Native Hawaiian, and 1.15% from two or more races.
