Seguin City is a city in the Guadalupe County, Texas, United States. It is home to over 22011 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 26394 in July 2008, It is the 110th largest by population in the U.S. state of Texas. The city extends throughout a territory of 19.19 sq mi (49.7 kmē ), of which, 19.02 square miles (49.26 kmē) of it is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 kmē) of it is water, making it the 128th largest by size in Texas.
