Section Town is a one of the Jackson County, Alabama, located in Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of the town was 769 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 759, It is Alabama's 311th largest by population . The town comprises an area of 4.58 square miles (11.86 kmē), makes it the 258th largest by total area in Alabama.
