Seatac City is a city located in King County, Washington, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The city has a population of 25496 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 25840 in July 2008, giving it the 40th largest population among Washington. It is spread over 10.13 mi˛ (26.24 square kilometre), of which, 9.96 square miles (25.8 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 83rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Washington.

As of the census of 2000, there were 25496 people in the city, organized into 9708 households, and 5958 families residing in the city. The population density was 2558.8 people per square mile (987.96/km˛), giving it the 83rd most densely populated city among the Washington. There were 10176 housing units at an average density of 1021.7 per square mile (394.48/km˛). The average household size was 2.53 persons, and the average family size was 3.17 persons. In the city the population is diverse age-wise, with 24.4% under the age of 18, 10.2% from 18 to 24, 34.5% from 25 to 44, 21.2% from 45 to 64, and 9.7% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 110.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 111.8 males. The median age is 33.9 years, The median age of males was 33.5 years, for females the median age was 34.3 years. The racial makeup of the city was 16027 White, 2334 Black or African American, 382 American Indian, 2822 Asian, 677 Native Hawaiian, 1620 from two or more races and 1634 Ohter races.
