According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Seaside Heights Borough is home to 3155 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 3342, It is the 153rd smallest by population in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It covers total area of 0.76 sq mi (1.97 kmē), of which, 0.61 square miles (1.58 kmē) of it is land and 0.15 square miles (0.39 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 48th smallest by total area in New Jersey.
