Searcy City is a city located in the White County, Arkansas, United States. Searcy City had an official population of 18928 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 22299, giving it the 21st largest population among Arkansas. The city encompasses an area of 14.78 square miles (38.28 sq km ), of which, 14.7 square miles (38.07 sq km) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 sq km) of it is water, it is the 32nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 18928 residents, 6822 households, and 4493 families in the city.
