Seagoville City, Texas is a city of the Dallas and Kaufman counties, Texas, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 10823 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 11998, giving it the 200th largest population among Texas. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 16.29 sq mi (42.19 square kilometre), of which, 16.24 square miles (42.06 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 151st largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.
