Seaford City is a city located in the Sussex County, Delaware, United States. It is home to over 6699 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 7260, It is the 14th largest in terms of population. Its area is just over 3.51 sq mi (9.09 square kilometre), of which, 3.48 square miles (9.01 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 18th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks 17 in the size of its inland waterways in Delaware.
