Seabrook Island Town is a United States town located in the Charleston County, South Carolina, United States. The town has a population of 1250 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1202, It is 210th most populous in South Carolina. Its area is just over 7.09 sq mi (18.36 kmē), of which, 6.07 square miles (15.72 kmē) of it is land and 1.02 square miles (2.64 kmē) of it is water, it is the 75th largest by area in the U.S. state of South Carolina. It is ranks 20 in the size of its inland waterways in South Carolina.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 1250 people, 660 households, and 466 families living in the town. The population density was 206 people per square mile (79.54/kmē), it is South Carolina's 67th least densely populated town. There were 1649 housing units at an average density of 271.7 per square mile (104.9/kmē). The average household size was 1.86 and the average family size was 2.14.
