Sea Girt Borough is a borough in the Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. In 2000, the population was 2148. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 2070, It is 101st least populous in New Jersey. It has total area of 1.45 sq mi (3.76 sq km), of which, 1.06 square miles (2.75 sq km) of it is land and 0.39 square miles (1.01 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 151st smallest by total area among New Jersey.

The median age was 50.3 years, the median age of male residents at 48 and the median age of female residents at 52.5. The racial makeup of the borough was 2129 White, 2 Black or African American, American Indian, 6 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 10 from two or more races and 1 Ohter races.
