Sea Bright Borough, New Jersey is a borough of the Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 1818 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1804, It is the 81st smallest in terms of population. The borough has a total area of 1.13 mi˛ (2.93 sq km), of which, 0.64 square miles (1.66 sq km) of it is land and 0.49 square miles (1.27 sq km) of it is water, it is the 104th smallest in terms of geographical size.

The racial makeup of the borough was 1716 White, 32 Black or African American, American Indian, 41 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 13 from two or more races and 16 Ohter races.
