Scarville City is a one of the Winnebago County, Iowa, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. It is home to over 97 people (2000 census). Its area is just over 0.1 sq mi (0.26 sq km), giving it the 20th smallest by total area among Iowa.
