Sawyer City is one of the city of Ward County, North Dakota, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 377 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 340, It is the 118th largest by population in the U.S. state of North Dakota.
