Sarpy County is a one of the county from Nebraska's 93 counties, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 122595. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 150467, making it the third most populous county in Nebraska. Its area is just over 247.28 mi˛ (640.45 square kilometre), of which, 240.52 square miles (622.94 square kilometre) of it is land and 6.76 square miles (17.51 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the smallest by total area among Nebraska's county.

Age range in the county was well distributed with 30.5% under the age of 18, 9.4% from 18 to 24, 33.8% from 25 to 44, 19.7% from 45 to 64, and 6.6% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 98.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.2 males.
