Santee Town is a town located in the Orangeburg County, South Carolina, United States. As of 2000 the population was 740. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 718, It is the 118th smallest in terms of population. The town spans an area of 2.03 sq mi (5.26 square kilometre), of which, 2.01 square miles (5.21 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 233rd largest by area in the U.S. state of South Carolina.
