Santa Claus Town is a town located in the Spencer County, Indiana, United States. The town has a population of 2041 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2314, It is the 213th largest by population in the U.S. state of Indiana. It has total area of 5.57 mi˛ (14.43 sq km), of which, 5.18 square miles (13.42 sq km) of it is land and 0.38 square miles (0.98 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 85th largest by total area among Indiana.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 2041 residents, 732 households, and 621 families in the town. The population density was 393.8 people per square mile (152.05/km˛), it is the 40th least densely populated town in the U.S. state of Indiana.
