San Patricio City is a city located in the San Patricio and Nueces counties, Texas, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the San Patricio City is home to 318 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 303 in July 2008, giving it the 204th smallest population among Texas. Its area is just over 3.88 sq mi (10.05 square kilometre), of which, 3.84 square miles (9.95 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 520th largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.

The median age was 36.2 years, the median age of male residents at 36.3 and the median age of female residents at 36.2. The racial makeup of the city was 81.45% White, 0.94% Black or African American, 0.63% American Indian, 0% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 2.52% from two or more races and 14.47% Other races.
