San Jon Village is a United States city located in the Quay County, New Mexico, United States. In 2000, the population was 306. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 249, giving it the 48th smallest population among New Mexico. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.63 mi˛ (6.81 sq km), makes it the 147th largest by total area in New Mexico.

As of the census of 2000, there were 306 people in the city, organized into 457 households, and 284 families living in the city. The population density was 116.5 people per square mile (44.98/km˛), giving it the 57th least densely populated city among the New Mexico. There were 133 housing units at an average density of 50.6 per square mile (19.54/km˛). The average household size was 2.59 and the average family size was 3.24. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 269 White, Black or African American, 5 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 12 from two or more races and 20 Ohter races.
