San Jacinto City, Riverside County, California is a city located in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The population of the city was 23779 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 37842, making it the 277th most populous in California. The city spans an area of 25.29 sq mi (65.5 sq km), of which, 24.91 square miles (64.52 sq km) of it is land and 0.38 square miles (0.98 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 111th largest by total area in California.

As of the census of 2000, there were 23779 residents, 8314 households, and 5837 families in the city.
