San Diego City is a city in the Duval and Jim Wells counties, Texas, United States. The city has a population of 4753 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 4433 in July 2008, It is the 355th largest in terms of population. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.63 square miles (4.22 kmē), it is the 991st largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.
