San Anselmo Town is a town located in the Marin County, California, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 12378 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 11986, making it California's 399th largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.75 mi˛ (7.12 sq km), giving it the 355th smallest by total area among California.
