Sammamish City is a United States city located in the King County, Washington, United States. The city has a population of 34104 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 40179, making it the 25th most populous in Washington. It is spread over 18.3 sq mi (47.4 kmē), of which, 18.05 square miles (46.75 kmē ) of it is land and 0.25 square miles (0.65 kmē) of it is water, it is the 34th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 34104 people, 11131 households, and 9655 families living in the city.
