Saltillo Town is a town located in the Lee County, Mississippi, United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 3393 as per the Census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 4279, giving it the 86th largest population among Mississippi. It has total area of 8.73 sq mi (22.61 sq km), of which, 8.71 square miles (22.56 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, making it the 70th largest by size in Mississippi.
