Saltillo Borough, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 343. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 325, making it the 206th least populous in Pennsylvania. The borough has a total area of 0.31 miē (0.8 kmē), makes it the 160th smallest by total area in Pennsylvania.
