Salt Lake City City is a one of the Salt Lake County, Utah, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 181743 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 181698 in July 2008, It is most populous in Utah. The city encompasses an area of 110.37 sq mi (285.86 kmē ), of which, 109.08 square miles (282.52 kmē) of it is land and 1.29 square miles (3.34 kmē) of it is water, it is the largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks fifth in the size of its inland waterways in Utah.
