Sageville City is a city located in Dubuque County, Iowa, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 203. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 191, making it the 243rd least populous in Iowa. Its area is just over 0.63 mi˛ (1.63 square kilometre), it is the 539th largest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.
