Rutledge Town, Grainger County, Tennessee is a town located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of the town was 1187 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1284, It is the 243rd most populous in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It has total area of 4.69 mi˛ (12.15 sq km), makes it the 181st largest by total area in Tennessee.
