Russian Mission City is a one of the Wade Hampton Census Area, Alaska, located in Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 296 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 324, It is the 155th most populous in the U.S. state of Alaska. It has total area of 6.17 square miles (15.98 kmē), of which, 5.66 square miles (14.66 kmē) of it is land and 0.51 square miles (1.32 kmē) of it is water, it is the 78th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.

The population density was 52.3 people per square mile (20.19/kmē), making it the 98th most densely populated city in Alaska.
