Russellville City is one of the city of Pope County, Arkansas, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The city has a population of 23682 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 27602, making it Arkansas's 14th largest. Its area is just over 25.96 sq mi (67.24 kmē), of which, 25.93 square miles (67.16 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, it is the 17th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
