Rush Springs Town is a town located in Grady County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1278 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 1344, making it the 190th most populous in Oklahoma. The town encompasses an area of 1.06 sq mi (2.75 sq km), giving it the 366th largest by total area among Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1278 residents, 525 households, and 349 families in the town. The population density was 1201.7 people per square mile (463.98/kmē), it is Oklahoma's 119th most densely populated town. There were 627 housing units at an average density of 591.5 per square mile (228.38/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.43 persons, and the average family size was 3.01 persons. In the town the population is diverse age-wise, with 27.6% under the age of 18, 8.8% from 18 to 24, 26.9% from 25 to 44, 18.7% from 45 to 64, and 17.9% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 92.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 84.6 males.
