Ruleville City is a city located in Sunflower County, Mississippi, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. It is home to over 3234 people (2000 census). It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 2831, giving it the 89th largest population among Mississippi. The city has a total area of 2.54 sq mi (6.58 kmē), of which, 2.53 square miles (6.55 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 162nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
