Ruidoso Downs Village is a United States city located in the Lincoln County, New Mexico, United States. Ruidoso Downs Village had an official population of 1824 in 2000. The city spans an area of 2.13 square miles (5.52 sq km), it is the 76th smallest in terms of geographical size.
