Roy City is a city in the Weber County, Utah, United States. The population of the city was 32885 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 35672, It is the 15th largest by population in the U.S. state of Utah. It has total area of 7.6 mi˛ (19.68 square kilometre), makes it the 92nd largest by total area in Utah.
