Rosholt Village is a city located in Portage County, Wisconsin, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. It is home to over 518 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 473, It is Wisconsin's 144th smallest by population . The city extends throughout a territory of 1.1 sq mi (2.85 sq km ), of which, 1.06 square miles (2.75 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, it is the 163rd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 518 people in the city, organized into 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 487.1 people per square mile (188.07/kmē), it is the 180th least densely populated city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 30.7% under the age of 18, 8.9% from 18 to 24, 31.1% from 25 to 44, 15.8% from 45 to 64, and 13.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 103.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 99.4 males. The median age is 31.3 years, The median age of males was 30.7 years, for females the median age was 32.1 years. The racial makeup of the city was 511 White, Black or African American, 2 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 1 from two or more races and 4 Ohter races.
